• Drafting and submitting offers during the price negotiation stage

• Once the offer is accepted we work alongside lawyers during the conveyancing process and oversee the whole process right up until exchange and legal completion

Over the years we have built a panel of trusted law firms, tax advisors, mortgage providers, surveyors, property management, interior designers, construction, education and immigration specialists which we are happy to pass to our clients if and when required.

RENTALS

Rental search involves similar stages to the property search. We provide a selection of options after scanning the market, preview approved by client few viable options, negotiation of the rental contract terms, assist with due diligence requests etc.

SALE OF YOUR PROPERTY

On occasion, our clients want like us to sell their property for them. When that happens, we usually bring onboard one of the UK’s leading real estate agencies as a joint agent to work with us on the sale. That way the client gets access to a pool of buyers and Tsap Consult to manage the whole process and be the main point of contact for the seller.
